Forke was created from my lifelong passion for hospitality and the incredible network of professional friends I’ve built along the way. That journey ultimately led me to connect with Chef Miguel Martinez, whose culinary artistry and vision aligned seamlessly with mine. Together, we set out to craft more than just a restaurant. We wanted to bring a fresh energy to dining in Las Vegas, where guests can enjoy inventive cuisine, share a perfectly made drink, and embrace the joy of going out for a truly memorable experience.
